How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 Business days once it is placed. We hope you understand but we do not cover shipping costs.

Keep in mind that once you place the order, we cannot modify the shipping/billing address or other information.

If there's an issue (stock issues, cancellation, delivery process) with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and try to revolve the problem the best way possible. :)

Which forms of payment can I use to make my purchase?

Payments can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JBC) or Paypal.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be able to track your order once it is shipped. You will receive shipment updates and be able to find the tracking number for your order.

What is the time limit for returns?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I exchange my items?

In order to exchange an item, you have to request a return first, and after, provided we receive it in the same condition as when shipped it, the refund can be processed and you can make your new purchase. 

Where are the products manufactured? 

All our products are manufactured in the North of Portugal in a city called Guimarães. We have close relationships with our suppliers and we know for sure our products are ethically sourced. 

What should I do if my order is being held in customs?

In this case you need to contact the courier. Please take into consideration that you may have to pay additional fees or duties so the package can be delivered.
